Ben Alter Development LLC doing business as (“we” or “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of our users (“user” or “you”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit use our mobile application, Moshiach Minute, including any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related or connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access use the app.
We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date of this Privacy Policy. We do not collect any information about you or your device when you use the app.
We currently do have any information on your use of the app so we do not send any unsolicited emails, newsletters, advertisements, offers, surveys, etc. and have no plan to change this policy. However we reserve the right to change this at any time. We will notify you in the appropriate app store of any planned changes to this policy so that you can stop using the app before any changes are implemented.
We may cannot share any information about you in any situation since we have no information to share.
Additionally, we currently do not use third-party software to serve ads on our mobile applications, implement email marketing campaigns, and manage other interactive marketing initiatives although we reserve the right to do so.
If we change our policy to use third-party software we will notify you before the new policy goes into effect.
The mobile applications do not contain links to third-party websites and applications of interest, including advertisements and external services but we reserve the right to so.

We don’t have any of your personal information so there isn’t any data that needs to be secured.
We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. If you become aware of any data we have collected from children under age 13, please contact us using the contact information provided below.
